Which emirates do you work in?

We operate across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain and Ajman, with our head office and gypsum factory in Al Ain. Projects elsewhere in the UAE can usually be accommodated — ask us when you request a quotation.

Do you handle both supply and installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We manufacture gypsum and GRC in our own factory and install it with our own teams, and for paints we act as both distributor and applicator under the name Art Colors. Keeping supply and application together means one party is responsible for the specification, the workmanship and the result.

How do I get a quotation?

Send us your requirement through the quote request form, by WhatsApp or by phone. For anything beyond a small job we prefer to visit the site first, because the substrate usually decides the specification and therefore the price.

Can you work in an occupied or operating building?

Most of our work is done this way. Bus depots, malls, hotels and office buildings all stayed in service while we worked, using phased areas, night shifts and sequenced handover so that operations were never fully suspended.

How many gypsum designs can I choose from?

Our mould library holds more than 2,500 designs across Moroccan, Islamic, modern and classical styles. If nothing matches, we can produce a custom mould from your drawing.

Which flooring system will I need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the loads, the cleaning regime and any chemical exposure. Epoxy suits most warehouses and car parks, polyurethane handles thermal movement and chemical attack, and micro cement is chosen where the floor is also a finish. We advise after surveying the substrate and confirming moisture levels.

Yes, and we have done since 1986. Recent examples include bus depots and office buildings for the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, and EV charging bays delivered under TAQA instructions in Al Ain.

How long has Al-Sharqiya been established?

The company was established in 1986 in Al Ain, making gypsum and GRC products, and later expanded to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ajman. The paints and flooring side of the business, Art Colors, was added roughly ten years ago.
