Under the name Art Colors, Al-Sharqiya works as both distributor and applicator for leading paint brands. We carry out all types of interior and exterior painting for residential, commercial and industrial projects, together with decorative painting, surface restoration and treatment. Because we supply the material and apply it, the specification, the warranty and the workmanship sit with one party. Recent work includes exterior and interior painting for RTA office buildings and accommodation at Jebel Ali, Al Quoz, Al Ruwayyah and Al Qusais, a 2,000 m² warehouse exterior, and villa facades in Jumeirah.

Preparation decides the result
Most paint failures are preparation failures. We wash down, make good, treat cracks and stabilise chalky or previously coated substrates before the first coat goes on, and we record the system used so a repaint years later can match it.
Facades and high-level work
Multi-storey facades are painted from suspended cradles and scaffolding with the access, permits and safety method statements handled as part of the package. We have completed government office buildings and staff accommodation on this basis.
