We specialise in high-performance floor systems and the surface preparation that makes them last. The work covers warehouses, factories, workshops, car parks, villas and decorative floors, using epoxy, polyurethane, micro cement and other advanced systems selected against the loads, chemicals and traffic the floor will actually see. Substrate preparation — grinding, shot blasting, crack and joint treatment, moisture control — is carried out in-house, because a coating is only as good as what it is bonded to. Our largest single epoxy contract to date covered 10,000 m² at the RTA Jebel Ali bus depot.

Lane lines, walkways, hatching, bay numbers, signage and floor lettering are set out and applied by the same crew that laid the floor, so colours, edges and coating build-up match across the whole area.
