One contractor, from the mould to the final coat
Al-Sharqiya was established in 1986 in Al Ain as a manufacturer of gypsum and GRC products, and grew into a group covering flooring, painting, waterproofing and decorative finishes. We manufacture what we install and we apply what we supply, which is why government authorities and private clients have kept coming back for forty years.

Site survey
We visit, measure and test the substrate — moisture, soundness and existing coatings all change the specification.
Step 2
Specification & quotation
You receive a written system, build-up and programme with the price, plus sample panels where the finish matters.
Step 3
Execution
Our own crews carry out preparation, application and marking under a supervisor, in phases that suit your operations.
Step 4
Handover & aftercare
We protect the work until it cures, hand over clean, and record the system used so future repairs can match it.
