Exterior and interior painting of a multi-storey office building, executed from suspended cradles while the building stayed in use.

The facade was washed down, made good and repainted from suspended cradles, with crack treatment and substrate stabilisation carried out before coating. Interior areas — offices, corridors and stairs — were painted in phases agreed with the facilities team so departments could keep working. The same programme extended to RTA buildings and accommodation at Jebel Ali, Al Quoz and Al Qusais.
